I was born and raised on a little acreage surrounded by forest, in the Oceanside area. Although I have lived in, and explored, several other regions of Canada I always knew that the outstanding beauty of the west coast, and the Oceanside area in particular, would eventually call me back home. In 2017 my husband and I, along with our two daughters and our chocolate lab, made the leap and moved from the city to make Errington our forever home, and we’ve never looked back!
Since my childhood, this area has grown by leaps and bounds, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the relaxed, friendly charm, and the warm sense of community. I believe that this area is truly special and it gives me great pleasure showing clients just how much it has to offer.
My real estate expertise includes new construction, single-family homes, strata, vacation and investment properties, but my true passion lies in rural homes, acreages, and the restoration of old homes. In 2020, my family and I bought a beautiful, if not wildly overgrown, 10 acre farm with a crumbling 100 year old farmhouse. We are slowly renovating and breathing new life into the ol’ girl, and steadily cleaning up the land. This experience has given me an in-depth understanding and appreciation of the unique characteristics and challenges of rural living. I love slipping on my gumboots to walk a property and will happily talk about wells, septic, zoning, and the realization of a property’s potential.
